RE: Disposal (IS-2407-001) – Disposal of E-Waste (Unserviceable IT Equipment)
Caribbean Airlines Limited (CAL), Head Office located at Iere House, Golden Grove Road, Piarco is committed to responsible electronic waste (E-Waste) disposal and is inviting bids from suitably qualified organizations with certified responsible recycling practices (e.g., R2 or e-Stewards) for the purchase of various pieces of unserviceable IT equipment located on its Piarco compound.

Please be advised that all costs associated with the preparation of your bids will be for your account.
Bidders are required to cover all costs associated with the removal of the E-Waste from the compound as well as ensure that the area is left in a clean condition.
The removal of the items identified in the proposed site visit must be removed on weekdays Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
Proponents are to make their submissions in accordance with the instructions given below. Non-compliant submissions will not be considered.
