Caribbean Airlines Limited is an entity described in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015, as amended (“the Act”), as a “public body” and/or as an entity using “public money” and is therefore required to plan and carry out its procurement, retention, and disposal of public property functions in a manner that is designed to achieve the Objects of the Act.

Suppliers/ Contractors interested in conducting business with Caribbean Airlines Limited must first be registered on the OPR Procurement Depository in accordance with the Pre-qualification process.

  • Step 1: Supplier/ Contractor creates a profile on the OPR Procurement Depository
  • Step 2: Upload all the required documents and complete the requisite sections
  • Step 3: Publish the profile and request Pre-qualification by the necessary Line of Business (LOB)

The relevant guidelines for registration and prequalification with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) can be found on the OPRs website via https://oprtt.org/procurement-depository/.

Suppliers/Contractors that are already registered on the OPR Procurement Depository may be required to demonstrate their qualification in accordance with section 29(8) of the Act.

Caribbean Airlines Limited will review all the pre-qualification submissions and will notify qualified vendors accordingly.
