Caribbean Airlines Limited is an entity described in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015, as amended (“the Act”), as a “public body” and/or as an entity using “public money” and is therefore required to plan and carry out its procurement, retention, and disposal of public property functions in a manner that is designed to achieve the Objects of the Act.
Suppliers/ Contractors interested in conducting business with Caribbean Airlines Limited must first be registered on the OPR Procurement Depository in accordance with the Pre-qualification process.
To register as a supplier with Caribbean Airlines, information will need to be submitted via Ariba and SAP.
- Ariba Registration: Registering via Ariba will allow Caribbean Airlines to include your firm for tenders and contracts.
- SAP Registration: SAP registration allows Caribbean Airlines to make and manage supplier payments.
Follow the steps as outlined within Ariba and SAP to generate your supplier profile. You may be contacted during the process. CAL may ‘Request Additional Information, ‘Deny’ or Approve’ the request.
Once your organization is approved, you will be eligible to participate in procurement proceedings.
